About Me

I use a combination of different chiropractic techniques to help with your Musculo-skeletal issues. These range from adjustments to soft tissue work, exercises and stretches. It is important to not just look at the area of pain as lots of issues can have other body areas involved. I am a second generation chiropractor and I graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC UC). I like to recommend stretches and exercises that I have used myself so I have experience of how to do them and how they can help.  When it comes to exercises and stretches my goal is to make sure you understand how to do them in the appointments so that you can do them at home.

My goal is to try to make you feel better as soon as I can. I would expect the average number of treatments with me to be 3-6 for a new issue.

My interests range from sport to less active hobbies. When it comes to sport I am mainly interested team sports, I played rugby to a high level at school until I had a head injury, but I also enjoy racket sports. In lockdown I got quite into bodybuilding and working out in general but this changed when my son was born last year. I am also a cat dad currently to two ginger girls. My other interests are video games, films and Warhammer.
